As seen during the February 23rd 2026 edition of WWE RAW, Jey Uso faced Bronson Reed and El Grande Americano in a match to determine the final spot in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match.
Reed was seemingly injured when he broke up a pin attempt. The referee held up an “X” sign, and Reed was checked on outside the ring. Reed never returned to the match, and Jey ended up pinning Americano to qualify for the Chamber.
Twitter/X account @WrestleVotes noted that Reed “was the planned winner of that match.” Michael Cole later confirmed that Reed suffered a distal bicep tear and will be out of action “indefinitely.” As far as recovery goes, myhealth.alberta.ca noted that it can take “about 3 to 4 months for your biceps muscle to heal.”
