It might be hard to believe, but Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria—one of Chicago’s favorite pizzerias—has officially reached its 55th anniversary.
Founded in 1971 in Lincolnwood, Illinois. The pizzeria has expanded from a single neighborhood spot to over 70 locations across Chicagoland and extended beyond state lines.
What sets Lou Malnati’s apart is its renowned signature dish: a signature buttery, flaky crust with cheese layered beneath a thick coating of chunky tomato sauce.
In honor of this momentous milestone, Lou Malnati’s is inviting Chicagoans. You can expect free pizza and exclusive month-long deals.
Marc Malnati, owner of Lou Malnati’s, said:
Even after 55 years, our mission is unchanged. We are committed to handmade quality and to being part of the memories people make around our pizza.
The communities and families who have supported us for generations are at the heart of everything we do.
