The first month of the new year is officially over, and that in turn gives us our first batch of games that we can see were most played on the Steam Deck in 2026! Here, we have the top 20 most played Steam Deck games of January 2026, and it has some interesting entries, as well as Stardew Valley’s rise back to the number 1 spot:
New Games Added:
- Elden Ring
- Cult of the Lamb
- Fallout New Vegas
Games That Left:
- The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition
- Brotato
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
This is quite an interesting list with some new games added that I didn’t fully expect. Elden Ring making a return isn’t unexpected, but Cult of the Lamb’s new DLC has brought back a lot of interest in it, and it seems the Fallout 3/New Vegas remaster rumors have brought New Vegas back as well. It’s also nice to see Stardew Valley reclaim its top spot, but we still have some amazing titles like BALL x PIT, Dispatch, and Arc Raiders here.
