RFK Jr. Posts Unhinged Workout Video With Kid Rock That Must Be Seen To Be Believed

This is a bawitdaba-da-bang-da-bang-diggy-diggy-don’t.

On Tuesday, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. decided to make America hurl again by publishing a Make America Healthy Again workout video to X that stars himself and Kid Rock.

“I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD,” Kennedy captioned the video that, at one point, does feature him and the “All Summer Long” singer drinking glasses of whole milk in a pool together.

And if you cherish your libido — or slumber free of nightmares — allow us to describe this MAGA mess of a video that’s clearly a troll, but is also so unhinged that we’re taking the bait.

The video, which is backed by Kid Rock’s 1999 hit “Bawitdaba,” begins with the two men shirtless and flexing their muscles in what appears to be an aesthetically rustic locker room. The camera then pans to a taxidermy bear wearing a fedora as the text “Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock’s ROCK OUT WORK OUT” appears on the screen, which also features a faded graphic of a shark’s head breaching the water.

The video then proceeds to show a fully dressed Kid Rock and Kennedy walking in slow motion towards the gym. During this segment — which also includes a montage of the pair sharing a meal, holding an American flag and sitting in a convertible — Kid Rock eventually takes off his shirt and then slaps Kennedy on the butt with it. The video then cuts to a montage of the two men working out in a gym, which feels somewhat normal.

But, this, sadly, is short-lived.

The video then cuts to the next scene, in which Kennedy is wearing nothing but a pair of jeans and using what appears to be an elliptical bike in a sauna while Kid Rock does pushups shirtless behind him. The two men then switch, with Kennedy doing the pushups and Kid Rock on the bike. As the musician uses the machine, he randomly flips off the camera. The video then follows Kennedy into a new room, where he takes a cold plunge in a tub — shirtless, but still in jeans.

After Kennedy completes his cold plunge, he walks into a lounge and asks the camera, “Where’s Kid?”

The video then cuts to Kid Rock relaxing in a pool while a now-shirted Kennedy looks at him disapprovingly. The pair then plays a game of pickleball before Kennedy decides to jump into the pool — once again shirtless but in his jeans — and drinks a glass of milk with Kid Rock. As they drink their beverages, the words “whole milk” appear on the screen in bold, dripping white font. The video concludes with Kid Rock holding up his milk in a gesture of cheers.

Considering Kennedy’s history with drugs and roadkill, and that Kid Rock is known to be a smoker who really, really loves his Bud Light, these two men posturing as beacons of health didn’t quite land with X users — which could have been the video’s real intent. (Or not? Unfortunately, this writer is not completely fluent in MAGA logic, but it seems like they wanted attention, and are getting it.)

And if merely reading the description of this video is making you queasy, below are some very funny reactions from X users who actually watched it and opted to express their disgust rather than gouging their own eyes out.

“We used to put men on the moon. Now we do this,” one X user said alongside a caption of Kennedy’s cold plunge in jeans.

“Everyone on Epstein island,” an X user joked alongside a screenshot of Kennedy asking, “Where’s Kid?”

“I know my taxpayer dollars go toward a lot of dumb shit,” another X user said. “But this might be the dumbest.”
