Paris Jackson Shares Rare Selfies With Mom Debbie Rowe

Paris Jackson shared some photos of her spending time with her mom, Debbie Rowe, now that they’re back in each other’s lives.

The model, 27, and daughter of famed pop icon Michael Jackson, shared a few recent selfies of her posing cheek to cheek with Rowe, 67, on her Instagram Story on Thursday, February 26, writing “lately” with a red heart emoji on the second one.

As the National Enquirer previously reported, Rowe wed Michael Jackson in 1996 and she gave birth to Michael Joseph Jr., nicknamed Prince, on February 13, 1997. Daughter Paris arrived on April 3, 1998. When they divorced in 2000, Rowe signed over full custody to Michael, who raised the kids until he died at age 50 in 2009. In a 2022 TMZ documentary, Rowe explained that she felt bad for not doing more for her ex-husband toward the end of his life and sought to make up for lost time.

Rowe began seeing her daughter again in 2013, and following another brief estrangement, Paris supported her when she battled breast cancer in 2016. Rowe was spotted at one of her daughter’s performances throughout 2019.

“It’s cool,” Paris said of her relationship with the 67-year-old during a 2021 appearance on Red Table Talk. “Getting to know her, seeing how similar we are, getting into what kind of music she likes — and she really likes country and folk.”

She added, “We look a lot alike. It’s just cool having her as a friend. It’s very chill, which I love. It’s the perfect word to describe it.”
