OnePlus introduced the 13T in April last year. Like the standard OnePlus 13, it featured the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. However, its standout feature was the compact form factor with a 6.3-inch display. OnePlus has now officially confirmed its next compact phone, the OnePlus 15T.
On Weibo, OnePlus President Louis Lee posted about the OnePlus 15T. Lee described the OnePlus 15T as a “dream phone for small-screen enthusiasts” and confirmed it is coming soon. However, no exact specifications or release date were disclosed.
As per leaks, the OnePlus 15T will launch in March. So far, OnePlus has not shared any details on global availability. However, a recent leak revealed that it may launch as the OnePlus 15s in markets outside China.
OnePlus 15T expected specifications
Leaks suggest that the OnePlus 15T will have a 6.32-inch screen with a 1.5K resolution. It may use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, also found on the OnePlus 15 (curr. $899 on Amazon). The rear camera setup is expected to include a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens. For selfies, it may use a 16MP camera. Notably, it is said to feature a battery in the 7,500mAh range. For comparison, the OnePlus 13T had a 6,260mAh battery.
