A new WWE General Manager has now been confirmed, with a former WWE star making their return for the role.
Following Ava’s departure from the company, a new interim NXT General Manager was anointed, with Shawn Michaels giving the role to Robert Stone after Stone had served as one of Ava’s assistants prior to her departure.
Stone had also served as the color commentator for WWE Evolve prior to being crowned interim NXT General Manager, and with his duties now fully on NXT, he has revealed the new Evolve General Manager.
On tonight’s WWE Evolve on Tubi, Stone introduced the new Evolve General Manager as former NXT star Timothy Thatcher, who has been working with the company as part of the WWE ID program.
Tonight’s Evolve show also sees the final appearance on the show for Evolve Women’s Champion Kendal Grey, with her defending the championship against Tyra Mae Steele.
Former D’Angelo Family member Luca Crusifino is set to make his return to WWE television as part of the Evolve roster, with a vignette airing for his new character on tonight’s show.
