On Sunday, Hollywood’s film and television stars gathered at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles for the 2026 Actor Awards (formerly known as the SAG Awards). It’s the second-to-last major red carpet of the season, so you’d better believe we’re going to talk about it!

Below, our list of the best, worst, and weirdest Actor Awards red-carpet looks from all your faves, including Demi Moore, Emma Stone, Teyana Taylor, and Timothée Chalamet. I was thrilled to see this Balenciaga look on a major red carpet. It’s a tricky silhouette to pull off, but the “It” girl of the moment is the perfect person to attempt it. Her soft glam, undone hair, and subtle diamond studs complement the blush-pink dress beautifully. Another strong case for the no-necklace red-carpet trend.

It’s a little casual, but I don’t even care, because the shaggy multicolored fringe brought so much joy to the red carpet.

After years and years of analyzing red-carpet looks, I’ve noticed that celebrities who want to look stylish without taking too big of a swing always opt for an outfit formula that can only be compared to a mullet: business in the front, party in the back (or in this case, business on top, party on bottom). It rarely works out for them, but this Prada dress is an exception. It’s sleek and elegant but still playful and experimental.

See? I told you. I’m on the fence about this look as a whole — and I think it’s less successful than Monaghan’s — but the individual elements of the dress are absolutely gorgeous and it definitely got my attention.

The fluid shape of this Balenciaga dress is polarizing. I get that it’s supposed to be soft and romantic-looking, but I wish the waistline were more defined.

On the contrary, here we have an example of too much definition. We know she loves a geometric dress, but this one is all wrong. I mean, the edges of the bodice look like a safety hazard.

A ruched dress like this one needs gloves that fit close to the body. There’s too much bunched-up fabric happening here, which makes it look sloppy.
