All the Best Watches From the 2026 Oscars

Like this year’s slate of Oscar-nominated movies, the best watches of the 98th Academy Awards had something for everyone, and a few fun surprises. As ever, the classics were well represented by the likes of Leo DiCaprio, who kept things traditional with the dressiest member of the Rolex fam, and Simu Liu, who rocked an ultra-limited—and ever so classy—platinum Zenith. Then there was the usual assortment of big-ticket crowd-pleasers, including Kumail Nanjiani’s Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin Skeleton and the Blancpain Bathyscaphe Quantième Complet Phases de Lune sported by Robert Downey Jr., who reunited with Chris Evans (in a sleek Chopard dress watch) to present the evening’s two screenplany awards.

In addition to the cast of red carpet mainstays from Rolex and Audemars Piguet, there was a serious contingent of quirky vintage pieces and deeper current-catalog cuts that kept things interesting, both on the Oscars red carpet and at the Vanity Fair afterparty. Michael B. Jordan, who has become known for his collection of vintage Piagets, didn’t disappoint with yet another 1970s banger, while Usher came out of nowhere with a dressy, diamond-studded Jaeger-LeCoultre Rendez-Vous Classic Night & Day from the brand’s women’s collection. Then, of course, there were Heated Rivalry co-stars Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams, who faced off in a vintage 1980s TAG Heuer and a Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas, respectively. For all of these and many more choice wristwear specimens, take a spin through the gallery below.
