According to Coffee County EMA, the main change is an increased risk of tornadoes, along with large hail, but the timing has generally remained the same: earliest arrival at 3 a.m. CT, with most likely arrival from 4-7 a.m. CT.

“A squall line will race through our region overnight tonight. The squall line itself will have the potential to bring damaging wind gusts and a few isolated, brief embedded tornadoes. If any supercells develop in advance of the squall line, then stronger tornadoes and medium-large hail could be expected,” Coffee County Emergency Management Agency director Grant Lyons said.
