Redmond O’Neal, the son of Charlie’s Angels‘ star Farrah Fawcett and actor Ryan O’Neal, debuted some shocking tattoos when facing murder charges in court.
O’Neal, 41, was spotted in pictures published by The Daily Mail in a Los Angeles courtroom with devil horn tattoos on each side of his forehead, right under his hairline. Another tattoo that existed previously on his left cheek and reads “5250″ could also be seen in the photos.
According to PEOPLE, O’Neal was charged with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon, as well as several other counts stemming from an alleged 2018 crime spree. The criminal complaint the publication obtained read that O’Neal allegedly attacked a man with a glass bottle and stabbed another.

When Did Redmond O’Neal’s Mother, Farrah Fawcett, Pass Away?
Fawcett rose to stardom alongside Jaclyn Smith and Kate Jackson on the original Charlie’s Angels series, which ran for 115 episodes from 1976 to 1981. The trio played women who ditch their boring gigs right out of the police academy for an action-packed life as private investigators.
However, Fawcett was diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006. She announced her diagnosis in a public statement, sharing her mission to overcome the battle.
“Throughout the journey of my life, I have maintained a strong faith in the power of the human spirit to overcome adversity. I deeply believe in one’s own positive will to overcome even the most daunting challenges,” Fawcett wrote, PEOPLE shared.
She continued, “I am resolutely strong and I am determined to bite the bullet and fight the fight while going through the next six weeks of cutting-edge, state-of-the-art treatment.”
Fawcett started the Farrah Fawcett Foundation the following year. While she was given a clean bill of health in 2007, her cancer returned a few months later. Doctors told her it had metastasized to her liver, and she died in 2009.
In honor of Fawcett’s legacy, the organization raises funds for HPV-related cancer research, patient assistance funds during treatment, and prevention programs to help spread the word.

Here’s Fawcett in a joyful moment on the iconic series:
Who is Redmond’s Sister, Tatum O’Neal?
Tatum O’Neal, 62, rose to fame as a child with her star turn in Paper Moon, the 1973 American road comedy-drama directed by Peter Bogdanovich. The daughter of actor Ryan O’Neal and Joanna Moore, she was so successful in the role that she scored an Academy Award at the age of 10. She went on to roles in films like the teen flick Little Darlings and The Bad News Bears, but struggled in subsequent years with personal problems, including widely-reported addiction issues and a fractured marriage to tennis star John McEnroe.
While O’Neal has struggled to get her strength back following her 2020 stroke, a new photo posted to her Instagram last month shows she seems to be doing great. Smiling brightly alongside her daughter, Emily McEnroe, O’Neal sported a pair of glasses and rosy cheeks as she held up the camera for a selfie. After everything O’Neal has been through, it’s great to see her feeling healthy again.
