Bold & Beautiful’s Next Big Feud Is Blowing Up in Three, Two… Kaboom!

The Bold and the Beautiful is as well-known for its ferocious feuds as it is its epic romances and tempestuous triangles. And the show’s next biggie is about to explode right in front of our eyes!

Ivy Is Asking for Trouble

In the February 26 episode (recapped here), Daphne heard out a weepy Electra as she blathered on about how she left a letter for Will to meet her in their love nest the showroom. As we all know, Ivy pocketed that letter, ensuring that Will would be a no-show, and set the stage for R.J. to swoop in and kiss comfort the distraught young woman.

One problem with Ivy’s plan, though: Daphne spotted her swiping her niece’s note. As the week draws to a close, the Aussie warns Carter’s bride to keep her lips zipped. But Daphne is no shrinking violet. She can not only smell love in the air, she can smell a rat, too.

Daphne’s About to Lower the Boom

There would be no reason in the world for Daphne to remain mum about what we saw. Sure, she came to L.A. to seduce Carter out from under Hope, but other than that, she’s proven to be a pretty stand-up kinda character. And she certainly wouldn’t be intimidated by the likes of Ivy!

So when Daphne discloses that Will didn’t really dump Electra, Ivy manipulated the situation to her liking, new battle lines will be drawn. On one side, Ivy, who’ll stop at nothing to get her niece into a “proper” relationship with kissing bandit R.J. On the other side, Daphne, acting on behalf of Cupid to see that “Wilectra” get a chance to work out their problems.

What’s more, Ivy will move Daphne to the top of her hit list. Since Ivy has no life of her own, she’s crazy preoccupied with Electra’s — and the girl is going to be hella disillusioned when she finds out that her romance was sabotaged by her beloved aunt!

So while Ivy tries to spin her machinations in a benevolent light — good luck, babe! — she’ll also work to strike back at Daphne… perhaps by seeking to undermine her honeymoon period with Carter.
