North Korea scholar Andrei Lankov detained in Latvia before lecture

North Korea scholar Andrei Lankov was detained in Latvia and expelled from the country on Tuesday, just before the start of a public lecture in Riga.

Lankov, a Russian and Australian national, confirmed his detention to NK News.
