Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 4 Pro could take the wireless earbud experience to the next level. A new retail listing has now revealed several official-looking renders of the earbuds, along with key features. The listing suggests a host of practical upgrades to improve day-to-day listening and convenience.
Images and features of Galaxy Buds 4 Pro surfaced ahead of launch
Starting with the design, Galaxy Buds 4 Pro will adopt the familiar stem-style look, but with an ergonomic design that improves your listening experience. According to the listing, Samsung designed the earbuds “for those who prioritize style, innovation, and high-quality audio”. They will come with silicone ear tips (multiple tip sizes included in the box), so you get a comfortable and secure fit. We can see microphone cutouts at the top (circular grille) and bottom of each earbud.
The listing shows the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro sitting horizontally in the case. Thanks to the transparent lid, you can see the earbuds inside without opening it. There’s a USB-C port and a dedicated physical button on the case. While the former C port is for charging, the latter reportedly helps locate your connected phone by making it ring.
Furthermore, the listing mentions a host of key features such as automatic noise adjustment, head gesture controls, and a real-time hearing interpreter. Speaking of the real-time hearing interpreter, you will reportedly be able to trigger Interpreter Mode directly from the earbuds by pinching and holding both stems. Likewise, head gesture controls will reportedly make hands-free interaction easier, letting you manage calls or notifications with simple nods or shakes of the head.
The Galaxy Buds 4 Pro will also feature a 3.0 bidirectional speaker system for an immersive listening experience. The battery life will be rated at about 26 hours. For water resistance, the earbuds will carry an IP57 rating. Stay tuned for the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25, where the next-gen earbuds lineup will go official.
