In the past few years, he’s been linked to numerous models in their 20s, and most recently, he has sparked dating rumors with model Mishka Silva since they were seen together at the 2026 Super Bowl. However, fans are remarking on a disturbing detail in their reported romance; specifically, how Silva is only one year older than his own daughter.
Silva is a Mexican model and influencer known for her campaigns for Steve Madden, Smashbox, and Guess. She was born on April 8, 2005.

And Maguire’s daughter? His daughter Ruby Sweetheart Maguire, whom he shares with his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer, was born on November 10, 2006. And fans are calling it out!
One online user wrote on X, the app formerly known as Twitter, “You’d think this is Tobey Maguire and his daughter at the Super Bowl, but it’s his 20 year old girlfriend. She wasn’t even born when the first Spider-Man movie came out. I have clothing in my closet older than her.”

Before Silva, Maguire was linked to young model Lily Chee, who was only 20 at the time of their reported fling in 2024, as well as being spotted kissing model Babette Strijbos, who’s 25 years his junior, back in 2024.
And from 2018 to 2021, he was dating model Tatiana Dieteman, who was 17 years his junior; so it’s a strong possibility.
